Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and verification. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (domestic U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on external factors such as weather, carrier delays, customs, or location-specific restrictions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on domestic U.S. orders over $75.
  • Expedited and international shipping rates are determined by carrier rates and will be shown before order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide! Please note:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee changes to shipping details after the order is processed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist with a replacement or refund.
