At Nancy Finn, we are committed to delivering beautiful, quality dresses and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a dress may not fit as expected or may not meet your needs, and we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not be a final sale or customized product, which are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item, including a photo and order number for faster resolution.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request – Order Number”.
  2. Include the reason for your return or exchange, along with any relevant photos (if damaged).
  3. Our customer service team will respond with detailed instructions and a return address.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt as proof.
  • If your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please indicate this clearly in your email. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. If the item requested is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order dresses
  • Items returned after 30 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—processing times may vary.
